Dan, I have used Federal a division of United for years. They use a skid so no crating needed. Bikes always arrived without a problem. Just bought a rare Duck off eBay and Federal didn't want it without a bunch of extras. Seller told me to try Keyboard Motorcycle Shipping. They use their own version of a skid so no crating needed. You can check the skid on their website. Very cool. They were fast and very reasonable.They will ship all my future bikes. Chris One of the Chico Phils
