One more item avail. Roommate is letting go of his 13-year old loveseat with
a pull out twin bed. The upholstery is blue but has been faded my sun
exposure and there are deep tears down to the foam in both arms and the seat
and back cushions. Would absolutely need a slipcover. Good news is the pull
out still works wonderfully. In a smoking 2 cat home, so it needs a deeeeep

Hi, I'm moving and have several things to give away. You haul!
2 book shelves. One is tan with a back, 5 shelves. Similar to the kind you
assemble yourself and are inexpensive. The other is dark brown open shelves,
also 5 shelves.
2 mattresses. 1 is floral print, thinner than a new mattress, undetermined
age. The other is white VERY stained futon mattress. Both of these were
freebies from my last apartment and I've been sleeping on them to save
money. They aren't clean or nice but comfy!
A beige corner chair/love seat. This may have once been the middle of a
sectional. It's a cute curved back chair that sits two. It needs cleaned but
isn't torn anywhere. I would clean and sell, but I lost one of the
overstuffed pillows. Free if you pick up!
A wood old-style student desk. Dark brown. 3 drawers on the left side, 1
underneath the sitting area. The drawer handles are falling off and it's
missing some of the paneling on the side. Pretty beat up.
A plain tan wood dresser, 4 drawer. All functional.
Please help me get rid of this stuff! Everything is available now, though
the book shelves still need to get emptied this afternoon!
I also have a small working air conditioner to sell ($20) and a TV, digital
converter, and antenna ($20).

Downtown Detroit.
