I missed riding most of this year with no good excuse-- just work to blame it on.
Gary, I'll buy all of your books. I've been telling you for years to start writing-- nobody on our list comes even close to having your writing ability (or, in the day, your riding ability).
You're the leader of all of us mad ones, so we can't lose you now.

Perhaps this is the time for you to write that book about endurance and casual riding, life's trials, tribulations and joys, and other random thoughts. I'll be in line to buy it.
