Well thanks to guidance of an informed group, and past archives, I believe I now ought to go and do the dough on another minor modif. The need for a lower top end speed isn't lacking, as I do buzz on speed, (many 20kms between corners roads around here) but my thoughts go with a slightly less intrusive alternative for this time around, than a change to the sprocket. So thanks to you all for the input, and it sounds like especially Nick, a possible originator of the idea.
