The video does not show the arrangement of beads while turning, which is the major item of their claim.
Not only that, but:
1.) the amount of beads is large relative to the bottle volume and weight.
2.) the bottle is likely to be round, not with a rotational asymmetry common to many tires; and
3.) the bottle is undistorted as it revolves, unlike a car or bike tire at the ground.
But as long as we can agree that it's reasonable to disagree, I'm happy. :-)
