Or see what your local Ducati mechanic would charge to take a peek at the cam belt and at least the front valves to see if they look right, establishing piece of mind for you. make the deal so that you'll pay that mx if it turns out as advertised, but owner pays if things don't look good?
Cycle cat, among others, do handlebar mods (that's what I used, at 6'3"). I also did the Sargent seat for comfort. But the bar, seat, and windscreen mods have tons of info on this forum you can dig up.
