[DucatiST] Muffler bearings (wasEngine bolt replacement)

Hi Robert,

Niether the Termi's nor the current DP set will fit.
In L.A. side bags don't work very well threading traffic, the cages complain when you bounce off of them!
I run with the top case only whilst commuting.

BTW, I went from a 98 ST2 (Roast Duc) to a 99 ST4 (Pressed Duc) to an 03 ST4S-ABS (unnamed)
I was pleasantly surprised at the power difference going from 916 to 996.
Silly as it sounds, I found it easier to go slow with the extra low end torque of the 996 motor.

Hey Denis, I've heard that said but I was lucky. with the peg lowered by LT I could still keep my sil motors in the high hole.

I do have muffler bearings on my ST4, machinist at work made them for me.
Really, with the peg lowering kit from LT at Desmo Times, the mufflers will not go into the "high" position when the side bag brackets are not installed.
I had our machinist make bracket extenders to "bear" the mufflers...Muffler Bearings!
Brushed Aluminum, not chrome.
