I'm more a visual kind of fellow. I get confused with lots of numbers. ;)

well I am finally getting around to changing over to Dzus fasteners on my 03 ST4S - in reviewing what I need to purchase I noted that Dzus has a slimmer sized Fastener out now...
Has anyone used the new D8 size Panex fasteners to convert their fairing over? Or would the fairings be too loose fitting?
In doing the research here and other boards it looks like everything was done w/D3 sized Dzus'
I plan on following Sean Tompkin's directions and it looks like I can still acquire D3's from KurveyGirl to complete the transformation.
D8's seem to be about half the cost hence the question if anyone had used them.
