The intent of the post was not brand bashing. It was to point out the very high costs of repairing/replacing electronic suspension components. That information happened to be framed in a post by a BMW owner about his BMW ownership experience. It could have easily been about a Ducati which also employs smilar, expensive suspension bits that *will* also need replacing or repairing.
If there was a tongue in cheek bash, it was aimed at the expression, "early adopter" which I find to be an hilarious marketing ploy to make people feel good about taking a big money risk on unproven technology so bike companies can make huge profits. :-)
