You won't get harmonic resonance with those ratios. Read the initial message again, if you have a 15/45 or 14/42 something like that, multiples of each other some riders have reported a whine (harmonic) while riding at speed.
I've only seen it with a 15/45 on an ST2 from several years ago. It sounded sorta like an electric motor struggling or whining under load coming from the bike.
