OFFER: I have a kitchen table and 4 chairs to give to a family in need. They are wood and are in good used condition. Has some scratches and water spots on the table, but very solid. Nothing a table cloth can't fix. They are already in the garage for easy pick up.
WANT: This is a Freecycle long shot, but here goes. I am trying to repair my leaking roof and re-do the walls in my home, (resurfacing, some drywall patching and painting), myself because I can't afford to hire a contractor. I tried to do on my own. Problem is, it seemed easier then it really is. I've never done this kind of work before and would truly appreciate the hands on help of someone experienced to help me complete this project. Can someone experienced in this kind of work donate some of their time and skills to help me fix the roof and walls in my home? Maybe you are in building school or organization and your class need a project to gain hands on experience. Please consider my home. I will provide the supplies and I will also help. The winter months are approaching fast and my house is very vulnerable. Please, can someone help.
