This certainly looks like an interesting navigation tool (and trip recorder). I like the simplicity and clarity of the actual device. I'd like a device that allows me to ride between a large number of waypoints. (My current incarnation of TomTom only allows me to set one waypoint between start and finish, so you end up having to ride your choice of route in stages, instead of stitching them together.) I also like it's ability to store the actual routes that you've travelled, for later use.
I'd like to read more user reports. If there are 4 other UK riders who fancy a bulk buy (GBP ~ 452 each), I might be persuaded. IIRC that sort of price is what the original TomTom Rider used to cost.
I do have some reservations. From the reading I've been doing, it's not clear whether you can recharge this from 12V or 5V USB. (Necessary, IMHO, for camping trips.) It seems that a Windoze Netbook wouldn't be powerful enough to allow you to do detailed route planning while on a trip.
