North Dakota? I'm in Connecticut, close to New York.
But actually, North Dakota can be cryogenic. My grandmother grew up on the plains of Montana, right next door, and they used to hunt wolves over the iced up rivers in the winter. Much colder than my neck of the woods.
Best,
Ron
