It doesn't matter just as long as they are all connected. Solder them would be my suggestion. Heat shrink them.. Wrap them in some electrical tape, and forget about it. They make a liquid electrical tape that is AWESOME!

the 3 yellow wires that come from the left side of the motor the altinator i think well they go to the right side and up by the radiator resovior to a plug. well the plug was melted. so iam going to get some plug connectors and cut the burnt plug out and reconnect the wires. how do i know what wires to connect the other wires to? there is 3 yellow on 1 side of it and 3 yellow on the other side.
