Starting to think about next year's trips. Having lurked on various lists for a couple years, I have seen that there is usually a Ducati gathering at the Indy GP.
Definitely want to see the Mile on Saturday too. Been to Springfield several times, including the year the Hayden Brothers went 1-2-3 at the accompanying TT.
We will probably fly, as riding from Birmingham, AL to Indy in the August heat doesn't sound like much fun. How hard is it to get around Indy? Should we rent a car, depend on taxi's, or buses?
Any recommendations on hotels? Do any of the hotels run shuttles to the track?
Any recommendations on seating at the track?
