I use the Cardo Scala G4 headset. I use it for the GPS instructions, the MP3 player in the GPS, to talk on the phone, and to talk to other riders who have a Cardo Scala unit. It is supposed to have a radio built into the headset but it is absolutely useless.
It provides stereo music with decent fidelity and has automatic volume control depending on the background noise. This is a very nice feature and works well.
When on the phone, the other person usually can't tell I'm on the bike.
When riding with others, there is some wind noise from the other rider's microphone which can be annoying but can be minimized by turning the volume down.
It's not perfect but I would get it again.
I have a Senna gray right mirror available for only $7500 and will throw in the rest of the bike with it. :-)
