Haven`t heard that one but I have heard about how you can tell the upcoming winter by the amount of pine cones the pine tree has. And I have seen the same tree vary by quite an amount from year to year.

Canadian question mostly. Is it true that you can tell a cold winter is about to set in by the thickness of a beaver's pelt, er, fur?

I'm running ST Angels, maybe I just like those first two letters, only 1000kms so far and they stay up to my riding style on the ST4s, I'm no Casey Stoner but don't mind belting the corners when I can get at them. 180/55 rear, 120/70 front.
