They'd be good on my ST at the moment. I've got heated grips, but the
backs of my hands get cold. On my Monster, I fitted Acerbis Brush guards.
I've been contemplating fitting a pair to my ST. To fit them on the
Monster I had to use heat to bend them a little, drill out the ends of
the bars to accept the Acerbis expanding bolts and zip tie them at the
inboard end. However, they look good and perform their primary purpose,
for me, of keeping Baglux* handlebar muffs from pressing against the
clutch and brake levers. With muffs in place, I can ride my Monster in
Summer gloves when it's below freezing:-)
I'll take a picture of them later in the week. As well as Acerbis, I also
have some no name brush guards picked up in an off road motorbike shop.
I've just taken a look on the Acerbis web site and see that nowadays
there are a lot more choices in handguards and fitting kits:

*I see that Baglux are now UK only. (But surely they used to be French?)
Other makes exist, but the Baglux muffs are the best I've ever used.
