MMM looks like you guys are just catching up, in our state of New South Wales this has been the case for several years now, the exhaust system has to have the DB rating AND the qualifying stamped on it, i am also in formed a camera car can detect this and issue a fine, ( and the same can be done with the EPA laws regarding pollution).

Funnily enough no one asked us if we wanted these laws.
