After removing my tankbag from the bike I noticed the gas cap was not shutting properly. It was raised around 1/8 of an inch off the top of tank. I put the key in and pushed the cap back down. I had been riding like this for 2 tanks worth. THIS FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No more issues with the bogging. Im guessing it was sucking air in there from the little hole on top of the tank ( rubber grommet/stopper) MAX you were right. No pressure built up but checking the gas cap was the issue.
