Increase the pre-load on your rear suspension unit to compensate for the passengers weight and stop the light going up in the air. The Ohlins unit on the ST4S has a hydraulic pre-load adjuster. Adjustment is a pain if you have to get a spanner out every time you have a passenger. A spanner is (a lot) cheaper than the excellent Ohlins unit, it depends on your budget.
