Your best bet is Karen's Directory printer.  Freeware and easy to use.   It was mentioned previously.  I use it to keep track of my files and search for duplicate songs.

I would like to copy and paste all my sound files on SSP to an excel spread sheet. I  then would to be able to search from that excel spreadsheet. I have printed from the verify sound buttons screen and would like to hide locations, buttons, and such.

Are you talking about just printing out the sounds from your sounds folder,
the screens or the list that's populate from the program when you verify
sound buttons?
