I bought and installed the bolts last winter. Please note that you will need a
drill of the exact right size AND long enough to create the right diameter space
in the frame and the block. I could not get the exact right size in my local
hardware store but TPO was nice enough to send me a drill which was wide
enough, however it wasn't quit long enough to reach the exact midle of the
bolock that aldo neede some more room.

Other then that it was easy enough to get the bolts in place.
