I live in the US, and I am happy to have things shipped to me, and then
forward them overseas, if that helps out a liSTer save money or avoid a
hassle.

Shipping costs can be found at usps.com or ups.com or fedex.com; I find
the USPS the least expensive usually for overseas packages.
