A knock at the door, the next door neighbour had reversed out of her drive and into my bike knocking it over. Long story short cosmetic damage, battery requiring replacing and a blown regulator/rectifier.

I'm taking it apart on Friday so will know then. Also are there any after market R/R's avalible in the UK and has anyone fitted one, are they reliable?

Hi Andy
I'm sure its a 2 phase, its simple to tell....2 yellow wires coming from the alternator is 2phase and 3 wires being 3phase.
Early monster 800 900 will fit. Best place to find one is on ebay.
