Re: [DucatiST] Re: determining model year of a ST2

Hey Mike,

I didn't send that "Dating" link/joke to the ST list.

They haven't any idea what the hell your're talking about son.

And where's the Aussie and Kiwi women?

I'm just glad my wife is 1/4 Irish, I'll get some 25% of the time, if I'm lucky, heh, heh...=8^).

Well all, it sounds as though I have spent enough on my ST4s and also live in the wrong place, pity that, everything else is just hunkie-dorrie.
Flicking over to Nick's 'Dating topic' about Irish women, and the fact that more than half of us have Irish heritage, makes me recall the Irishman who took his goldfish to the vet because it was epileptic. the vet had a look and reckoned it looked alright. To which the Irishman said " But I haven't got it out of the water yet!"
Tasteless I know, and nothing to do with ST motorcycles, and I love my wife Bernadette too, if only I could remember where I live more often.
Not being one to fool with the minds of great thinkers I apologise for this wasteful bit of nonsense, and return to usual programming. Nick,... it is your fault, as you know, eh.
Mike.

No indication of a bearing problem but that can happen suddenly (like in the middle of the Nevada desert). I have had 3 ECUs in the bike and carry a spare on trips. I replaced a temp sensor last fall. I follow "the Book" on maintenance. Twice I've had a fuel line in the tank pop off causing great inconvenience but I blame my own work (poor choice of fuel line) for that.
