[DucatiST] NDC query about connections from Laguardia Airport

 

I'm wondering if any listers in the NYC area could offer some travel tips. Susan's going to a family reunion in Connecticut in July and needs to get from Laguardia to a Metro-North Railroad stop that will eventually get her to Stamford. Unfortunately her flight arrives at about 500pm. Suggestios, anyone
