Don't know if I can get "Sea Foam" in UK but I will get one of the proprietary fuel additives for cleaning injectors and put in the tank.
Not convinced the injectors are dirty as the engine runs really sweetly and goes like the proverbial. But adding it won't do any harm. I will also replace the fuel filter as a precautionary measure.
My friend says the ECU is learning and adjusting the engine settings all the time and getting the engine to fire and run probably reinstated/taught it, so realigning its settings.
Sort of makes sense to me.
