Snow Shoe Brewery - across the street.

Suite.
Some rooms have kitchenettes, some have nice tubs. Call and discuss with Pam.

OK, HEEEEEEEEERE weee go!!!!
After a ride across the top of California, and stop off at Fuji Park to try and
capture a bit of the Pichon memory, we will arrive on the shores of Lake Almanor
to the town of Chester for a full moon night.

We have 25 rooms reserved for the evenings of June 14 & 15 at the Rose Quartz
Inn in Chester Ca.. http://www.rosequartzinn.com/
It is a Best Western with 50 rooms and built within the last 7 years so it is
very nice. We get a $20 per room discount per night.

The phone number is 530-258 2002. You should ask for Amy and say you are with
the Ducati Madness group. The cut off date on the reservations being held is May
14. I had to do some talking to extend their normal cut off.

There is a good local breakfast and lunch place right across the street but the
hotel has a typical hotel breakfast. We can reserve a room at Maria's Mexican
restaurant for dinner when we have an idea on how many.

Nearest Ducati dealer is A&S in Sacramento. They are great and take care of the
Chico Phils. Chico Motorsport is a good shop and for the German odd balls there
is Ozies B&W.

So, will it be a ride north through the high country of Lassen, or head south
for a romp up Bucks Lake road, or maybe a stop in Downieville for old times
sake? Lots of great roads to explore. Hint, follow the Chico Phils. This is
their backyard.

Thanks to Chris Marx for rattling the phone lines on this one.

The last stop of our roaming and meandering across California brings back to the
friendly confines of Weaverville and the Red Hill Motel / Cabins for the center
of our ramblings.
Thursday. Friday, and Saturday. 16,17,18

Our hosts will once again be Patty and Willie Holder
http://redhillresorts.com/
Give them a call or Fax at (530) 623-4331 Office - (530) 623-4341 Fax

Despite the fact that they knew who we were, the still agreed to having us
again.

OK, who's up for a lunch run to the Samoa Cookhouse?
http://www.samoacookhouse.net/

Details of Saturday dinner are on a previous post, and the Poll on the Madness Site.
Bring Shwag you think appropriate to hand off to others.

Cheers,
The Real Phil
