Great price! I got my `02 yellow ST2 last year for $3650 all stock w/ 15k miles including hard bags. Even if it need a service, the 2V shouldn`t be that much, or better yet, get a manual and try your own hand at it. I love mine especially `cause it`s yellow. Not too many yellow Ducs around.

Hello all,

I'm potentially going to buy a ST2. It's a 2001 (Yellow) and has 25k on it. It's in very good (if not great) condition. The owner is asking $3500 and it has the following upgrades:

The following upgrades are included:
Ducati Performance exhaust
Ducati Performance ECU
Ducati Design HID headlight
ST4 rear shock
Traxxion Dynamics front fork springs
DZU's fastener conversion
Seargant seat
Heated grips using a European control set
New Pirelli tires
Barnett clutch basket and plates
Throttlemeister cruise control
Aluminum license plate bracket with turn signal mounts - allows for side bag bracket removal without moving the turn signals

He said that it runs great. He did admit that it's prob due for a full service (valve adjust, belts, etc), so that will ad to my costs. Not sure how much the service will cost me.

In any case, does this seem like a fair deal?
