  If it is like my 2000 st4 you remove the two screws and it comes right off.

Dumb question, but the ST manual seems pretty vague.

I've got a 1999 ST4 and need to replace the bulb for the license plate light before getting inspection.

Does the clear lens pop out somehow, or do you need to remove and unscrew the housing to get at it?
