I've found they can pop off with a screwdriver as a pry tool.

they are Horrible to re attach without the correct tool, though vice-grips can fake it.

they crimp on it looks like, so they'll have to be cut I'd say. I used some similar ones on the spider when I replaced all the fuel injection hoses. I've had to repair a few things requiring removing sections of fuel line since. I hate those clamps now. ;)
