carpal tunnel syndrome. It helps your wrist a great deal but will
eventually cause carpal thumb. Watch out how you place your thumb on
the track ball and if your thumb begins to hurt than adjust the position
so that it quits hurting. The thumb hurting a bit while you use your
mouse is much better than your wrist hurting all the time. HTH
