Still sounds like the CPS, crank position sensor. That tells the ECU when to 'throw' the spark out there. Had one go on a 03 ST4s recently with the very same symptoms.

Thanks for the replys, Its not a fuel issue as there is no spark. When I move the kill switch to off it will not turn over. Switched the relays under the seat so thats not it either. Will any of the relays at the dash area cause a no spark issue? Any other ideas?
