After you guys told me what to look for, it was easy.... I wasted about three days, chasing ghost causes....
During the next service, I will clean all the contacts and use dielectric grease on them to stop this from happening...
BTW, to connector looked clean but it was still causing the problem. Just the act of pulling/pushing the connector pieces back together got the system working again. I then cleaned the contact with contact cleaner and I am good to go now....
