Good to hear you got to the bottom of the problem.

I never mentioned the fuel side as i usually find its a sensor or electrical issue. It makes sense that the injectors dont fire as the supply of fuel is usually dependant on crank position in piston engines, or on turbines, rotational speed.

You did well mate to track it down quickly now you can fix it and enjoy it once again 
