Yeah, there's a rubber cover/plug about 75mm in diameter under that sticker.

Hi all -
Just sold a 99 ST4 DP eprom to an 2003 ST4 owner, but he's not sure how
to get at the original eprom and I can't remember clearly. I know it's
under the seat, under a waterproofing sticker, which he's removed, but
he can't see an eprom and my memory ends there! Is it under another
cover or whatever, and if so any tips on how to get at it?
