Hmmm...same thing I'm getting from 13,066' of bore hole! Only 4700 feet more to go! I'm on the rig, so no two wheeling. Got lots of projects to do on the bikes. Need to pick up a tire changing machine, a m/c wheel balancing machine and a pneumatic/hydraulic bike bench that I got from the guy I bought the '01 996 Superbike from when I get back in. Don't have a clue as to where I'll be able to set the equipment up...guess the breeze way and the bench in the carport and chained. the breezeway is packed to the gunwales already. Have some cycle Cat clip-ons, the sequential LED rear turn signals to sus out on how to hook up with the regular turn signals (I like to be seen!), some carbon fiber to put on, some rearsets to put on, an extra radiator fan to sus out on how to hook up to the 996 radiator (may end up getting a 998 radiator..if I had ebay out here on the rig, all for the 996 Superbike; a new right side clear turn signal cover to put on the ST4s, new tapered steering head bearings to put on the ST4s; need to replace the front brake hydraulic switch on the '74 850 Norton Commando. I can't remember what it is I need to do on the '74 Triumph Bonnieville...oh, the clutch! and all this waits on me getting the above mentioned pneumatic/hydraulic bench since the Handy-Lift has my '74 Triumph Trident on it to pull the carbs and put an electronic ignition on it. Hmmm...the rig is sounding like a better gig right now...at least the trailer has A/C! Hopefully the heat will begin to back off and the humidity won't be such that you swim through it. It was 101 in the shade and 90+% humidity when I was home last. Luckily here it is only getting to about 115 degrees but dry. I had one day back at the house where the "feels like" and real tremperature had a 19 degree differencial! No ebay on here since anything e-commerce, sex, guns, social and of any real interest is Domain Blocked. Did buy 6, make that 7 guns today...three Spanish (two Model 400s..one a 1936 Astra, the other a 1937 Unceta y Compania and then a 1920s Orbea Smith & Wesson clone in 8mm Lebel so made for the French), one French and it's German twin sister (Walther PPs..one Manurhin, one Walther) and a British 1938 Enfield Royal Arms Factory No. 2 Mk 1 revolver in SW .38 made for some Arabic police department with 1942 canvas web holster and finally a Model 1909 Argentinian DWM made Mauser in 7.65x 53 with intact Argy national crest made in 1911...100 years old in excellent-plus condition. So not a bad day all in all I guess but not much in motorcycling.... Hoper...obviously bored for right now! --- On Thu, 9/1/11, Jack Ward <jaxn51@gmail.com> wrote:
