Hi my name is Nicole and i'm an art student at Wayne. I'm looking for old/vintage painting and sewing supplies you or another person you know might have laying around. I'm specifically looking for vintage or older things. I found a box of old painting and sewing supplies at my grandmothers estate and it's inspired me to create a mixed media piece.. I don't have enough though, which is why i'm coming to freecycle :)
It's OK if the supplies are broken, dirty, unusable, don't open, unsorted, barely legible, in a huge creepy & dusty box or all used up. For example:
-Tubes of paint, and small glass jars of paint or medium even if they are dried up and empty.
-Paint brushes -broken or falling apart
-spools, WITH OR WITHOUT thread
-pincushions
-small sewing machine parts
-Wooden easel
-Buttons
-broken jewelry
-any other trinkets!
I live near Wayne State, my radius will be about 10-20 miles each direction depending on how much you have.
