Dave,
I don't know why they don't list them. I have heard you can get them through Sargent or order one from a newer SS. The orientation is 180 degrees out but you can fit them up. I have done this myself.
Part #'s are "829.2.232.1A Holder " for the pin and "777.5.049.2C Screw" for the 2 mounting screws if needed.
