Does it have an "immobiliser" fitted? That'll kill your battery if you
leave the bike parked for three weeks. If so get a maintenance charger,
if not keep checking with the multimeter, to find the part that's
drawing current. Unplug things until the 0.2A drain* ceases. Maybe use
an infrared thermometer to see what stays warmer on the bike.
*I assume 0.2v was a typo.
