Re: [DucatiST] Tars

I've been running the 2's both front and rear since they came out. They are very good in the rain and warm up quick in our Northeast winter. My rear was showing minimal wear before being prematurely swapped out due to a punture, I replaced it with a used one with 60-70%(unabashed plug;Thank you Steve @ ECS in Middletown NY)  tread remaining to do a trackday at NJMP last year early spring and rode through the summer and all winter . I  reckon 4500 mi on the used rear before replacing for this years' trackdays. Tech Inspection looks for better than 50% tread or no go. Planning on doing ECM this year with a trackday at NJMP the following weekend.

I installed the pp2 on and I rode from vancouver to Ouray and back and the are still in fair condition- as for the wet they were great -
Rode through the mountains in a massive rain storm and felt good at 80mph following old Willie - I admit I am a chicken in the rain and fear seeing the end round every corner - and the pp2's felt like I was riding on the dry for grip - good enough the I just purchased. Replacement PP2 for the WCM in June
