Dave, factory setup for ST4S

Set front fork preload by turning the 22mm adjusting nut so the top of the adjusting nut is 16mm above the top of the fork-cap nut.

Set front fork compression (bottom) and rebound (top) adjusters to fully closed (clockwise), then back out (anti-clockwise) 11-12 clicks.

Set rear preload to approx 149.5mm spring length.

Set rear shock compression (on exp canister) and rebound (on shock bottom) fully closed (clockwise), then back out 14 clicks.

Adjust sag, ride, then conservatively add rebound damping.

Good luck, have fun and just ride the damned thing!
