I'm not sure exactly what you said is broken but if it is what i think you mean you can repair it. Epoxy the two pieces together and let then sit up. When it is all set up and rigid, carefully drill several holes through the piece so that the holes go through the broken section into the attached piece. You'll next need two pieces of rigid rod just a bit shorter than the depth of the holes and make the holes slightly larger in diameter than the rod. Notch the rods in several places for "tooth" for the epoxy to set up on. You can sacrifice a drill bit...rigid and the flutes will be a good setting point for the epoxy. Slather the rods with epoxy and then push the rods into the holes till they bottom out. Grab an ice cube or wet a finger and smooth the epoxy over that oozes out of the holes and then let set up.
