It's the tilt that's the biggest problem. I had a spare standard seat completely reworked with the front raised 1.5", plus gel, plus my own mods to the pan to get more compliance. Then add a new 'bar and Rox tilting 'bar stems and I've got much better ergos for me, at least. It still remains a quick blast machine, rather than one I'd care to spend all day on. Makes a nice contrast with the other bikes though...
