You can purchase a torque wrench, 1/4" drive, that reads in inch pounds for light duty fasteners. You just have to convert foot pounds to inch pounds. 4 foot pounds would be 48inch pounds. I bought my Snap On off EBAY for less than $100.00. Good luck with your wrenching.
