I am offering to someone who can fix printers because I have wasted too much time and effort trying to get it to work for me. I cleaned the printer heads and the circuity on the ink cartridge itself. It is making some type of screeching noise while warming up but otherwise the paper feed and the ribbon that holds the cartridges moves back and forth freely like it is printing but the ink isn't going on to the paper. The power cord, parallel cord and firewire cord is included. No installation disk though. You can download the installation for the printer from the company website from here: (http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&infoType=Overview&oid=14418) and it will detect which operating system you have (it detected that I had WinXP). Please someone rescue this before my husband tosses it in the garbage, smh! Please serious inquiries as this is on the brink of hitting a landfill. Thanks Donna
