Hi Dave,
I have one that I never fitted and I think I got the dzus fasteners at the time also. I will check. I'm not too bothered about installing it and would be willing to pass it on at cost plus the price of postage (from Ireland but should not be too much). I had the whole bike repainted and just finished putting it back together, looks great, and am happy to keep it stock.
