The rubber grommets with threaded inserts that attach your fairing are
also known as Well Nuts. You can order them in bulk at Fastenal (
Industrial Supply) They come in a box of about 25 or 50 depending on the
size. Not that expensive compared to buying individual ones. And you'll
have a life time supply. Same for SS screws.
