A young friend of mine who did tours in the sand box was finishing his tour while stationed in Italy. One of his friends from the service went with him to a yoga class after berating him about it being some sort of "chick thing" and how no "real man" would do such a thing. Dan said his friend apologized profusely after the class. Dan had me cracking up while he told me the story. The strength required to do this properly is astonishing to me and the benefits outweigh any ridicule I have endured at the hands of some of my friends. I just smile and suggest they come along and show me what badasses they are. ;-)) So far............no takers. Besides, I would never mess with a logger..............that shit they do is dangerous.

Jack Ward I've found the bike gives the hip the correct movement and that along with some stretching (i'll not admit to yoga ;))is putting the hip back in the norm. I'll still keep up the biking 3 times a week since I found I really missed it.
